About HV
High Voltage was established in 2016 due to the growth of Womxn's Ultimate at Pitt. By having a B-Team, we provide everyone with an opportunity to play Ultimate at the collegiate level. The team strives for an open, welcoming environment for both experienced players to continue developing and new players to learn the basics of the game. While we love playing ultimate, we do recognize the importance of academics and encourage players to take the time they need to do well in classes.
High Voltage is built on the values of acceptance and mutual support. Each player is committed to improving themselves and their teammates and that willingness to learn is what leads to HV’s success. We believe that what you put in is what you’ll get out of this team.
